A Borderlands team building course is the active learning activity that not only enhances your students’ educational experience but also meets National Curriculum targets across a range of subjects including PSHE and Physical Education. A blend of logic puzzles, physical challenges and co-operation exercises will help your pupils to demonstrate just what they are capable of.
Team building courses are particularly valuable in bringing together new year groups and classes, helping to get the new term off to the best start possible. With our guidance students will develop their interpersonal skills, learning to communicate and co-operate with other people. The sessions also develop good organisational skills and often identify hidden potential in individuals. Our sessions focus not on completion of an activity, but on the process of working together as a group. After each task we run a short active review to help the team to reflect on and evaluate their own progress.
We have a range of activities to choose from for these sessions, enabling us to tailor the activity to your pupils’ needs. We provide information to help busy teachers demonstrate the attainment targets that have been met throughout the sessions, meaning you can concentrate on the important things rather than being bogged down with paperwork.
We travel to schools across the South Wales border area including Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and as far as Bristol and Somerset.
